Never used to train AI
Your conversations, investigations, and uploads are never used to train any AI model — not ours, and not our providers'. Anthropic's API does not train on customer data, and neither do we.
Never sold or shared
We don't sell your data, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing. No ad networks, no tracking pixels, no data brokers.
Encrypted in transit & at rest
All data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest by our database provider. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text.
You own and control your data
View, edit, or delete your data at any time — including everything in AI Memory. Request a full export of your conversations and investigations whenever you need it.
Compliance & data residency
GDPR- and CCPA-aligned. EU/UK Standard Contractual Clauses cover cross-border transfers. Data is hosted in the United States.
